Powers of Two

For our 2015 season, “Powers of Two” led the Natasha Carlitz Dance Ensemble into new territory in collaboration with classical composer Mike Coffin. Working closely together, Coffin and Carlitz developed a series of new works. NCDE was also delighted to welcome guest company ArtistEDGE, premiering “Esperanza” by Jeannine Charles, with poetry performed live by Val Esperanza Ge. Rounding out the program were contributions from company members Maggie Hurd and Thea Patterson, plus a few Carlitz classics.
